iphone cant run ipad apps.
Because the iPad has a different resolution so the app has to be programmer for the iPhone. However, universal apps are the same code base with the different resolution and UI information for the appropriate device. So yes, any application can be ran on both devices with minimal changes required.
I don't know what you expect, honestly.

honestly the thing is looking like one of the weirdest frankstein cars ever made:
the shape of the old BMW M Coupe (which i madly liked)
the front looking botched together from a porsche, peugeot 407 and a nissan GT (which i all liked)
the back like a honda having mated with a BMW Z4
then 4 seats _and_ all wheel drive ?
looks like Ferrari desperatly needed their own Panamera ... now jsut wait untill ferrari releases a SUV

That said: touche. I can't believe I missed that. I think I need to strike out the word impossible and put impractical.
I fully agree that this won't be a mainstream endeavour. I just had to object to the "Impossible" claim. ;)

At the same time, it's kinda silly to view most web pages at 2560 wide, even 1200+. At that point a paragraph is usually only one or two lines, forcing you to do quite a bit of tracking to read what you want. If you're comfortable viewing the text that way, why not edit it that way as well?
But I definitely agree that letting the users resize the textareas inside the page is a great usability feature. Just was trying to point out that there are already (simple) solutions to the issue.

statement 2, states you could own one of "these" referring to the previous statement of the free iphone 4 he supposedly got from a buy one get one, deal
statement 3 is where they mentioned that it's just a photo
first option: if it was me i would contact ebay and paypal and said that the item arrived was not as described =D it wasn't one of "these" as the seller had described....since the seller described two features to the auction and you've only received 1 (the photo portion)....worth a try?
second option: the item is described as used, you're photo is new =D return.
third option: the photo was damaged during shipping =D
fourth option: the photo had an iphone in it, but according to the seller's sentence: "a photo of an iPhone only, no phone included"
if the picture have more than just the iphone, then you could return it because the description said "iphone only" - this means no table, no box, no nothing, not even background. and the picture has to be the one from the description, if not you can return it based on the fact that the item is not as described.

I agree on the copying for own use. You should not be limited on something you have purchased. But you put 'profit' at the end of your 'list' that to me means you also sell the copies. That is what I and the movie studios do not agree with. Hence all this red tape crap with music and movie downloads.

In fact, it is somewhat refreshing once and a while to have a situation where the man himself takes the time to really go into what I believe is one of the most revolutionary concepts I have seen. Not only is it functional, but aesthetically it is amazing. The price is high if you were expecting them to give it away, but the fact is they have pulled it off and brought mobile technology to the next level and far beyond.

Lord BlackadderJan 12, 07:17 PMI agree that the new design is very bland. I think they know what they are doing. The car companies seem to believe that this type of design will sell the most cars in the U.S. The Hyundai Sonata is a slight break from this mold.
I don't think the new Jetta and Passat are ugly, but the style is most definitely boring.
The new Sonata takes a few cues from the Mercedes Benz CLS. Some might all it a bit fussy but it is at least not boring.

In tha quality department .. VW is Garbage!!! Chrysler has a better rating then they do.. I would have choose the 300C myself and the 2011's are nice
I won't knock the TDI though.. it's impressive but I don't like wrong wheel drive
